Our most economical, fast and easy way to get true black & white prints is by using our FREE ROES application. Simply click on the ROES download button on the right side of this page. Once you have the ROES application loaded on your computer, open the application called “DSI Direct 2 Print” and you are ready to go. You save money because our technicians don’t have to inspect, crop or resize your order. The ROES application also provides the user with a number of convenient features such as cropping guides, real sepia toning, matting and framing options.

To start using ROES (DSI Direct 2 Print) we suggest that you first process your images using a calibrated monitor. For best results we recommend an RGB JPEG, 100% size at 300ppi. Whether your workflow is based on Photoshop, Lightroom or Aperture we also recommend using the Nik Software Silver Efex Pro plug-in for your black and white conversion. Files printed using Nik Silver Efex Pro Software consistently have a full tonal range and a smooth transitions from highlight to shadow.

After downloading the application:

• Go to the ROES (DSI Direct 2 Print) application Home Page.
• Select start ordering from the menu.
• Click add folder button on the bottom right.
• Import the folder of images you want to print
